What’s with the grassy background? Project Burble is what’s with the grassy background! But before I get ahead of myself, let me introduce our project. Project Burble is our attempt to contribute to environmental sustainability efforts. With that said, our project has two goals: One, to raise awareness about environmental issues. And, two, to battle deforestation. The mesh of these goals will come in the form of a fun little game for your mobile device; more specifically your iPhone or new Windows 7 Phone.

So, “why a game?” might you ask. “Why not a game!?” I might say! Excuse my enthusiasm, but with all seriousness, we chose a game because our team realizes the potential that games bring in the realm of “getting things done.” That notion of “getting things done” is exactly what we need to drive this sustainability effort. Before you know it, we’ll have achieved Project Burble’s goals while having a bucket of fun, more or less.
